1. Non-Refundable Tickets

All tickets are non-refundable if you cannot attend the event. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person using the “Gift Ticket” feature in the 7AM mobile app. If you choose to sell your ticket, please do so responsibly, as the event organizer and 7AM are not liable for unauthorized resale issues.

2. Postponements

If the festival is postponed to a new date, your ticket will be automatically valid for the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend on the new date, please contact support@7am.io within 7 days of the announcement to request a refund. Refunds will exclude booking fees and payment processing fees.

3. Cancellations

If unforeseen circumstances lead to the event’s cancellation, all tickets will be refunded minus booking fees and payment processing fees. The festival organizer is responsible for issuing refunds, and 7AM will support the process as authorized by the organizer. Refunds will be processed promptly and returned via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Ticket Transfer Option

Tickets are transferable via the “Gift Ticket” feature in the 7AM mobile app, allowing you to give your ticket to a friend or family member. For security and compliance, please ensure you transfer the ticket only through the app.
